Microsoft Word's large collection of clip art can be used in your RFFlow
charts. A picture can be added directly to an RFFlow chart or added to an
RFFlow stencil if you plan to use the picture often.

Users of Word 2000
and Word XP |
- Run Microsoft Word and click Insert, Picture, and Clip
Art.
- In the Pictures tab, click on one of the categories.
- Right-click on the picture you wish to import and click Copy.
- Switch to RFFlow and click Edit, Paste. The clip art will
show up in the upper left corner of RFFlow. Drag the picture to its
destination position.
- If you plan to use the picture often, you should put it into an RFFlow
stencil. To do this, replace step 4 above with step 6 below.
- Click the

- Click on the box with the plus sign

expand this category.
- Click on

If there is no metafile, try a bitmap.
- Drag the clip art shape from the upper right corner of the Stencils and
Shapes dialog box to your stencil on the left.

Making the Current
Stencils the Default Stencils |
- To make the current stencils the default stencils for new charts, click
the word Stencils in the main menu of RFFlow.
- Then click Make the Current Stencils the Default Stencils for New
Charts.
- Now when you run RFFlow or start a new chart, these stencils will be
displayed.

Users of Word 97 |
- Run Microsoft Word 97 and click Insert, Picture, and Clip
Art.
- In the Clip Art tab, click on one of the categories.
- Click on the picture you wish to import.
- Click the Insert button.
- The picture will now show up in the Word 97 document. Click on the
picture.
- Click Edit in the main menu of Word 97 and then click Copy.
- Switch to RFFlow and click Edit, Paste. The clip art will
show up in the upper left corner of RFFlow. Drag the picture to its
destination position.
- If you plan to use the picture often, you should put it into an RFFlow
stencil. To do this, replace step 7 above with step 9 below.
